| 摘 要： | 通过电导率仪检测温度和水分对洋槐和龙眼蜂蜜电导率的变化情况。结果表明：不同品种蜂蜜的电导率不一样；向蜂蜜里添加水分后，蜂蜜的电导率明显提高，并且随着温度升高而加大，电导率随温度变化符合线性相关。而且在同一温度下，蜂蜜的电导率与水的添加量也成线性相关。
