| 摘 要： | 在弯式动刀和切碎定刀组合下,通过正交设计方法组织试验对影响小麦秸秆粉碎质量和功耗的主要因素如壳体包角、刀辊转速、动定刀间隙进行了分析,得出了各个因素影响的次序及其每个因素的最佳水平,为秸秆还田机提供了设计依据。

| Abstract: | Under inclined rotatory blade and mincing fixed,blade,taking shell angle,the rotational speed of blade-axle and distances of rotatory blade and fixed blade as elements,taking the smashing performance and power requirement as objects to analyse,by the orthogonal test of sweatstalks on the smashing test device,the auther set up the sequence of these factors and their best level.The results have value for smashing device of the stalk macerator. |
