SH系砧木光合作用特性的研究

摘    要:测定SH系及M26砧木叶片的光合作用结果表明:SH系砧木的净光合速率显著高于M26,并且SH系砧木的净光合速率、非光化学猝灭Qn的数值与砧木的矮化程度成正相关,其它几个叶绿素荧光动力学参数Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm、Fm/Fo、Fv/Fo随矮化程度的增加而降低。

Abstract:The experiments were carried out with photosynthetic character on SH and M 26 stocks. The results showed that the Pn of SH stoc ks were higher than that of M 26 stock. The Pn and the coefficients of non- photochemical fluorescence quenching (Qn) were related with the dwarfing ability of SH stocks' growth. Meanwhile, the parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence kin etics such as Fm,Fv,Fv/Fm,Fm/ Fo,Fv/Fo were negatively interrelated with the dwarfing ability of stocks.
