大鳞副泥鳅卵和泥鳅精子杂交受精细胞的观察

STUDIES ON INSEMINATION CYTOLOGY IN HYBRIDIZATION BETWEEN Paramisgurnus dabryanus AND Misgurnus anguillcaudatus

The insemination cytology in hybridization between Paramisgurnus dabryanus () and Misgurnus anguillcaudatus() reveals that the sperm of M. anguillcandatns can enter the egg cytoplasm of P.dabryanus, then induce the emergence of the aster and finally form the male pronucleus. At the same time, the male and female pronucleus come into being, contact and fuse with each other, and finally become fused nucleus. The whole process obeys the order of the fertilization cytology and the way of egg splits. As a result, their posterity has both their mother and father's heredity properties.
