| 摘 要： | 开架借阅符合读者心理需求,是解决读者借书难的重要途径,但也面临着图书乱架的新问题。通过对开架服务中图书乱架成因分析研究,结合实践经验,提出了相应的治理措施,有效地发挥开架服务的优越性。

| Abstract: | Open-shelf borrow is accord with psychological need of reader,as one important approach to resolve the reader’s difficulties of borrowing books,but there are the new problem of bookshelf disorder phenomenon.Its cause was investigated,and in combination of practice,corresponding measures were proposed for open-shelf service. |
