小花棘豆对小白鼠的毒性试验

摘    要:将60只昆明系小白鼠随机分为5个剂量的小花棘豆试验组(A、B、C、D、E组小花棘豆剂量分别为日粮的60%、40%、20%、10%、5%)和1个对照组(F组),进行为期60d的小花棘豆毒性试验。结果表明,在小白鼠日粮中添加20%小花棘豆,在60d试验期内未出现小白鼠死亡;添加40%小花棘豆,第57天出现死亡;添加60%小花棘豆,第45天出现死亡。随着小花棘豆在日粮中含量的增加,小白鼠的增重幅度明显减慢,其中A、B、C组小白鼠的试验终体重与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),D组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),E组与对照组无显著性差异。各剂量组小白鼠与对照组小白鼠相比,心脏、脾脏、脑和肺脏的脏器系数变化不大;肝脏系数和肾脏系数随着小花棘豆剂量的增加而增大,日粮中小花棘豆含量越高,小白鼠肝、肾肿大越严重,A、B、C组与对照组相比较差异极显著(P<0.01),表明日粮中小花棘豆剂量达到20%时,就会对肝、肾脏造成损伤。
