摘    要:将木质化程度较高的多年生柠条加工为固体燃料会使其得到良好的转化应用。通过柠条热压试验,研究了压力、温度、含水率和颗粒度对柠条压块燃料密度和耐久性的影响。结果表明,压力、颗粒度、含水率对燃料密度的影响极其显著,温度、含水率和颗粒度对耐久性的影响极其显著。成型优质的柠条压块燃料,要求柠条原料含水率在5%~13%,成型温度为80~150℃,压力为60~110MPa。在此条件下,柠条揉丝原料也可成型优质的块状燃料。

Abstract:The transformation into solid fuel makes the nial Caragana korshinskii Kom got well application.This study investigated the effect of pressure,temperature,moisture content and particle size on density and durability of Caragana korshinskii Kom briquette.Results showed that pressure,moisture content and particle size significantly affected the density of briquettes,while temperature,moisture content and particle size had significant influence on the durability of briquettes.Moisture content range from 5% to 13%,temperature 80~150℃,and pressure 60~110 MPa are required for high quality briquettes.Under that condition,the rubbed material can also be produced in to high quality briquettes.
