微波提取大青叶中4(3H)喹唑酮的工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优选大青叶中有效成分4(3H)喹唑酮微波提取法的最佳工艺条件。方法:以4(3H)喹唑酮舍量为指标,采用正交试验考察药材粒度(A)、提取溶剂浓度(B)、微波辐射时间(C)、溶剂倍量(D)4个因素时微波提取法结果的影响。结果:微波提取的最佳工艺条件为A282C1D1,即40目的药材粒度,用10倍量的50%乙醇微波辐射10min。结论:微波提取法具有提取率高、提取速度快、能量消耗小等优点。

Abstract:Objective:To study the optimal extraction process of 4(3H) quinazolinone from Isatis tinctoria L. with microwave.Method:The contents of 4(3H) quinazolinone was used as index to evaluate the effect of materials size (A),extractant conceotrating (B),microwave radiation time (C) and solvent volume (D) on the extracting of quinazolinone by orthogonal experiment.Results:The optimal conditions for microwave extraction were A2B2C1D1.Scatterring medical material into 40 powders ,with 10 times of 50% alcohol and microwave radiation for 10 mins.Conclusion:Microwave cxtraction can extract more 4(3H) quinazolinone from Isatis tinctoria L.in shorter time with less energy.It also shows a promising prospect for extracting the effective constitutents from Chinese herbal medicine microwave.
