活性污泥厌氧发酵有机废水产氢的影响因素研究

摘    要:通过模拟废水发酵产氢的影响因素实验,得到的活性污泥厌氧发酵有机废水产氢的最佳条件为:初始底物蔗糖浓度6g/L、初始pH8.0左右、发酵温度35℃左右。在此最佳条件下,每克底物蔗糖能够取得的最大比产氢量为139.65mL。

Abstract:According to the study on the factors which affected the production of hydrogen from simulative wastewater by anaerobic fermentation of activated sludge,the best conditions were obtained as follows: the initial concentration of substrate(sucrose) 6 g/L,initial pH-value about 8.0,and fermented temperature about 35 ℃.Under these optimum conditions,the maximum relative hydrogen production volume per gram sugar could reach to 139.65 mL.
