摘    要:针对蒜头动态称重结果稳定性差、分级效率低等问题,设计了一套蒜头自动称重分级试验台,通过巴特沃斯滤波与卡尔曼滤波对动态称重信号进行处理,以组合速度和组合成功率为目标,以预设精度、运输速度和收集箱数量为试验因素,进行多目标优化试验,研究各因素的较优组合,对滤波效果和分选组合成功率进行试验。结果表明:采用巴特沃斯与卡尔曼滤波后,在皮带输送速度120 m·min-1下,称重最大平均误差降低到0.5 g以下、标准偏差降低到0.3 g以下,一定程度上抑制了皮带机振动引起的高频干扰信号对动态称重的影响;同时,在不同预设精度下最优参数组合的分级成功率均在95%以上,符合分选包装要求。

Abstract:Aiming at solving problems of poor stability and low grading efficiency of garlic dynamic weighing results, a set of garlic automatic weighing and grading test bench was designed, and the dynamic weighing signal was processed by Butterworth filter and Kalman filter. Using the combination speed and combination success rate, taking the preset accuracy, conveying speed and number of collection boxes as the test factors, we conducted multi\|objective optimization experiments to study the optimal combination of various factors and test the filtering effect and sorting combination success rate. The results showed that before and after the use of Butterworth and Kalman filtering, the maximum average error of weighing was reduced to less than 0.5 g and the standard deviation was reduced to less than 0.3 g at the belt conveying speed of 120 m·min-1, which suppressed the influence of high\|frequency interference signals on dynamic weighing caused by belt machine vibration to a certain extent, and at the same time, the grading success rate of the optimal parameter combination under different preset accuracy was above 95%, which meeted the requirements of sorting and packaging.
