| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法 (PAGE) ,测定了新疆白猪血清转铁蛋白 (Tf)、前白蛋白 (Pa)、后白蛋白 (Po)、铜蓝蛋白 (Cp)和血液结合素 (Hpx) 5个蛋白座位的多态性 ,计算和分析了各座位的基因型频率、基因频率、平均基因杂合度和基因均质度。研究结果表明 ,新疆白猪各蛋白座位的优势基因型为 :TfAB (0 433 3) ,PaAA (0 466 7) ,PoAB (0 466 7) ,CpAA (0 466 7) ,Hpx1 1 (0 30 0 0 )。经卡方检验 ,各座位的基因频率均处于Hardy Weiberg平衡状态 (P >0 0 5)。猪群 5个蛋白座位均存在多态性。平均基因均质度和平均基因杂合度分别为 0 1 2 4 5和 0 51 75。

| Abstract: | By using the technology of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE),the polymorphisms of 5 serum protein loci in Xinjiang white pig′s transferin(Tf),pralbumin(Pa),postalbumin(Po),ceruloplasmin(Cp)and hemopexin(Hpx)were tested and their genotype frequency,gene frequency and the index of genetic polymorphism(average gene heterozygosity and homozygosity)were analyzed.The gene frequency were tested.The result indicated that Xinjiang White pig′s dominant genotypes were TfAB(0 433 3),PaAA(0 466 7),PoAB(0 466 7),CpAA(0 466 7),Hpx1 1(0 300 0).These 5 serum protein loci had polymorphisms,and their gene frequencies were in the hardy weiberg equilibrium(P>0 05).Average gene heterozygosity and homozygosity were 0 124 5 and 0 517 5,respectively. |
