| 摘 要： | 中小型公共图书馆是中国公共图书馆体系的重要组成部分,发挥着承上启下的枢纽作用。加强中小型公共图书馆的资源建设,对文化强民、建设文化强国有着重要的现实意义。作者分析了中小型公共图书馆存在的问题,论述了中小型公共图书馆资源建设的重要性,提出了中小型公共图书馆资源建设的措施和建议。
