| 摘 要： | 中国是农业生产大国,推广农业节水可以有效缓解农业用水与水资源短缺的矛盾。农民是农业生产的主体,农民的节水意识和技术素质最终决定了农业节水工程的实施效果。通过分析农业节水灌溉中存在的问题,提出了在农民中推广节水技术的制约因素,并探讨了解决问题的对策。

Restrictive Factors and Countermeasures of Spreading Water-saving Technology Based on Peasantry Predominating |

| Abstract: | China is an agricultural production country,spreading agricultural water-saving technology is an effective way to alleviate the conflict between the agricultural water consumption and shortage of water resources.Peasants are the main bodies of agriculture,the implementation effect of agricultural water saving project depended on peasants′ water saving consciousness and technical quality. Existing problems in agricultural water-saving irrigation were presented,the restrictive factors of popularizing the water-saving techniques among peasants were analyzed and the countermeasures were proposed. |
