| 摘 要： | 当前,我国民众科学精神严重缺失。我们必须正视现实,重建当代科学精神。重建当代科学精神,需要改变观念,树立宏观的科学观;淡化科学的物质作用;还要克服虚妄的文化心态和僵化的思想观念。

Developing the suporting poor, we should establish the many-faceted main body,which would be led by the government, taken part in by every social force,successfully complete the work to provide for the aged,take positive and effective actions to fulfill the releasing burden of farms. |
