水分胁迫对小麦叶片抗病相关酶活性的诱导

摘    要:旨在分析水分胁迫对小麦叶片抗病相关酶的诱导,探讨水分胁迫诱导抗病性的机制。以水分胁迫可诱导其抗病性的小麦品种-小偃6号为材料,用不同质量分数PEG-6000模拟干旱胁迫,采用真空渗透离心法分离胞间隙液以及胞内蛋白,并对不同胁迫时间胞间隙和胞内抗病相关蛋白及酶活性进行分析。结果显示,随着胁迫强度的增加和处理时间的延长,叶片及胞间隙液POD、PPO、PAL(胞间隙除外)、几丁质酶活性均表现出明显的上升的趋势,复水2 d后下降,但各项测定指标均未恢复至对照水平。由此可知,水分胁迫可诱导小偃6号叶片中各种抗病防卫相关酶活性的增强,表明小麦对水分胁迫的响应与抗病信号转导途经之间可能存在共同的机制。
