| 摘 要： | 新疆位于干旱区,生态环境脆弱,快速的人口增长导致了环境压力的不断增大。因此,确定适当人口规模,对新疆资源和干旱区绿洲生态环境保护至关重要。本文在P-R-E模型的基础上,选取经济发展和资源利用水平指标,对新疆的适度人口进行了实证研究,为新疆的可持续发展提供了一个量化的基础,并从可持续发展的角度提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | Xinjiang Province is located in the arid area,and its ecological environment is vulnerable.The ever-increasing of population has created some serious environment problems.So it′s very important to probe the optimum population scale for the resources and the protection of ecological environment.On the basis of P-E-R Model,two factors-economic development level and resources usage level-were choose to calculate the optimum population of Xinjiang Province,and a good quantitative foundation for sustainable development was provided.The corresponding measures from the viewpoint of sustainable development were also put forward. |
