摘    要:纸浆模塑生产过程是一个典型的多变量、强耦合、多干扰、时变的复杂系统。并且环节多,阶次高.且存在着一定的非线性,使纸浆模塑生产过程的数学模型难以精确。模糊控制是一种新的智能控制方法。根据模糊控制描述复杂问题具有直观、构造算法灵活、编程实现简单等特点,在探索和分析了纸浆模塑包装容器生产过程温度、纸浆质量分数、真空度等变量的离散化处理、控制策略、规则及模糊控制功能的基础上,使模糊控制在生产过程控制中的应用得到了实现。

Abstract:The manufacture process of paper pulp moulding is a typically complicated system with multivariable, strong coupling, numerous disturbance and time-variant. Furthermore, it also has the characteristics of multi-segments, high levels and some nonlinear relationship which make the mathematics model of the manufacture process of paper pulp moulding difficult to confirm. Fuzzy control is a new intelligent control method, which possesses the peculiarities of direct observation, making algorithm flexibly, easy to achieve programs to describe complicated problems. The dispersed handlings, control strategy, regulation and fuzzy control function of the variables of temperature, density and vacuums were explored and analyzed in the production of wrapping container of paper pulp moulding. On the base of these analyses, the application of fuzzy cotrol to the production is realized.
