常用生物杀虫剂对3种中草药蚜虫的室内毒力测定

明确常用生物杀虫剂对中草药蚜虫的室内毒力,为中草药蚜虫的有效防控提供理论依据。用浸渍法测定了4种生物杀虫剂(阿维菌素、印楝素、乙基多杀菌素、苦参碱)对金银花胡萝卜微管蚜、丹参桃蚜、红花指管蚜的室内毒力。试验结果显示,阿维菌素对3种中草药蚜虫的室内毒力最高,其LC50值分别为9.125、0.730、1.135 mg/L;其次为印楝素,LC50值分别为103.425、2.318、2.483 mg/L;乙基多杀菌素、苦参碱对3种中草药蚜虫的室内毒力较低。阿维菌素、印楝素是防治中草药蚜虫的较好药剂,进一步做田间试验后可在生产上推广应用。

Toxicity Test of Common Biological Insecticides to 3 Aphids on Chinese Medicinal Herb

To evaluate the toxicity of common biological insecticides and provide theoretical basis for effective control of aphids on Chinese medicinal herb, we conducted toxicity test of 4 biological insecticides (Avermectins, Azadirachtin, Spinetoram and Matrine) to 3 aphids (Semiaphis heraclei, Myzus persicae and Uroleucon gobonis) by dipping method in the laboratory. The results showed that Avermectins was the best to control 3 aphids (LC50 was 9.125 mg/L, 0.730 mg/L and 1.135 mg/L, respectively), followed by Azadirachtin (LC50 was 103.425 mg/L, 2.318 mg/L and 2.483 mg/L, respectively). Meanwhile, Spinetoram and Matrine showed the lowest toxic activity. Therefore, Avermectins and Azadirachtin were excellent pesticides to control 3 aphids on Chinese medicinal herb, and could be popularized and applied after field experiment.
