| 摘 要： | 研究了薄层色谱法测定枣中单糖和枣中多糖的单糖组成。在不同的固定相和流动相条件下,对单糖的分离情况进行了分析。结果表明在自制硅胶板上用正丁醇∶乙酸∶水(8∶3∶2)作为展开剂,能够把几种枣多糖分开,能够进行定性和定量分析。

| Abstract: | Study was made by using thin layer chromatography to determine the monosaccharide and monosaccharide which make up of the polysaccharide in jujube.With the different state phase and mobile phase,the separation of monosaccharide was researched.The experiment shows that the sugars can be separated by using n-butyl alcohol∶acetic acid∶water of 8∶3∶2 in silica gel plate.The result can be used for quantitative and qualitative analysis. |
