淮北地区育龄母牛微量元素营养状况及其与繁殖机能的关系

摘    要:对淮北地区育龄母牛血清微量元素含量进行实测。结果如下:血清铁、锌、锰、铜、碘、硒、钴和钼浓度(ppm)分别为2.5113±0.5371、0.9338±0.2208、0、0189±0.0134、0.8194±0.2455、0.0391±0.0205、0.0207±0.0096,0.0119±0.0114和0.0118±0.0069。据此、初步推断:淮北地区育龄母牛铁、钴和钼营养状况正常;铜营养状况基本正常;锰临界缺乏;轻度缺锌和硒;严重缺硒。牛的锌、锰、碘和硒营养状况与繁殖机能有关。因此,该地区母牛不同程度地缺锌、锰、磺和硒.可能是其繁殖机能低下的一个重要原因。

Abstract:According to the results,Speculaton was made:Cows in Huebei Area werein good cron,Cobalt and molbdenum nutriton Conditien,their Copper level was baseiCally normall,but Cows wwere critically deficientin manyanese,Significantly deficient in Zine and iodine,and Severely deficientin Selenium The deeficiencies of Zinc,manganese iodine and Selenium to Various degrees,Were perhaps important Causes o f lower reproductive preformamce of Cows in Hubebei Area.
