| 摘 要： | 对淮北地区育龄母牛血清微量元素含量进行实测。结果如下：血清铁、锌、锰、铜、碘、硒、钴和钼浓度（ｐｐｍ）分别为２．５１１３±０．５３７１、０．９３３８±０．２２０８、０、０１８９±０．０１３４、０．８１９４±０．２４５５、０．０３９１±０．０２０５、０．０２０７±０．００９６，０．０１１９±０．０１１４和０．０１１８±０．００６９。据此、初步推断：淮北地区育龄母牛铁、钴和钼营养状况正常；铜营养状况基本正常；锰临界缺乏；轻度缺锌和硒；严重缺硒。牛的锌、锰、碘和硒营养状况与繁殖机能有关。因此，该地区母牛不同程度地缺锌、锰、磺和硒．可能是其繁殖机能低下的一个重要原因。
