机器视觉排种试验台的研制

摘    要:系统介绍了黑龙江省农机院研制的新型排种器试验台。该试验台包括可模拟机械和气力两种精密排种器高速作业,并具有实现稳定承种的机械装置和控制系统。基于试验台的工作原理,给出了机械结构简图、监控系统电气原理图,并简述了机器视觉方法测量排种粒距的原理和程序流程。该方法具有精确、直观、实时的优点。

Abstract:The article introduces the new drilling experiment table manufactured by Heilongjiang Institute of Agricultural Mechanical Engineering Science in a systematic way. The designs of experiment table also contain the mechanical device and monitor system which can realize holding seeds stably and simulate that two kinds of seed feeding device-mechanical and air power-work at a high speed.It shows the diagram of mechanical structure and the electrical principle diagram of monitorial system. The article illustrated the principle and programmed process of measuring the seed spacing of drilling by machine visual method which has the advantage of accurate,audio-visual and real time.
