| 摘 要： | 为了更好的进行口蹄疫(foot and mouth disease,FMD)疫苗研制，本试验进行了口蹄疫疫苗免疫原含量和免疫效果的关系研究。试验中提取了口蹄疫疫苗中的主要免疫原、沉降系数为146S的口蹄疫完全病毒颗粒，分不同剂量免疫豚鼠，分别采集1次免疫和加强免疫的血清，用细胞微量中和试验检测中和抗体滴度，研究免疫效果。结果表明，当免疫的口蹄疫病毒颗粒含量大于1.5 μg 时，增加免疫量不能增加中和抗体滴度，当免疫量大于7.5 μg时，中和抗体滴度有所下降。该研究结果对于开发口蹄疫疫苗具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Relationship between amounts of antigens and effect of vaccine is important in the rseearch of new vaccine.The antigens(146S complete virion), inducing main neutralizing antibody of FMDV from vaccine,was abstracted to understand the relationship.Different contents of the antigen were inoculated into Guinea pig and the antibody response was studied by virus cell neutralization test. The results showed that antibody titer hadn’t increase when antigens over 1.5 μg, in opposite , the antibody titer decreased after booster immuniration when the contents of antigen over 15 μg. |
