| 摘 要： | 为了提高紫叶矮樱繁殖系数，对紫叶矮樱的组织培养条件进行了初步研究。结果表明，适合紫叶矮樱嫩茎分化的培养基为MS 6-BA1．0mg／L NAA0．05mg／L GA31．0mg／L 琼脂6．0g／L，附加500mg／L稀土元素；适合生根的培养基为1／2MS IAA1．0mg／L IBA1．0mg／L。

| Abstract: | The tissue culture methods of Primus cistena are studied in this paper.The results show that the best mediums for proliferous culture are MS + 6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L+GA3 1.0 mg/L, agar gel 6.0g/L, adding 500 mg/L rare earth, and the best mediums for rooting culture are 1/2MS+ IAA 1.0 mg/L + IBA 1.0 mg/L. |
