| Abstract: | The functional ingredients and security of coat broken pollen of Pinus yunnanensis were examined. The results showed that coat broken Pinus yunnanensis pollen contained comprehensive nutrient and functional ingredients, safe to take, and had the functions of resisting fatigue,regulating blood fat,delaying senescence and developing immunity from disease. |
