| 摘 要： | 企业联盟作为一种组织创新正向全球开展.但在联盟过程中,由于信息不对称,市场机制不完善,使联盟的不稳定性上升和联盟的战略意义得不到体现.本文在分析了建筑企业联盟中几种形式的基础上,运用模型化方法探讨了建筑企业联盟合作机制的设置,并以此为基础总结了合作机制的设置来维持联盟的稳定性.

| Abstract: | As a form of organizational innovation, the alliance of companies is expanding throughout the world. However, because of the informational asymmetry in its development and imperfect market mechanism, it instability is growing and its strategic significance has not been fully realized. Based on an analysis of several forms of construction company alliance, this paper uses the model methods to study the establishment of the cooperative mechanism and concludes that the establishment of the cooperative mechanism may become a means to keep the stability of the alliance. |
