国产阴离子树脂法测定大豆粉中植酸含量的研究

摘    要:用国产季铵型聚苯乙烯阴离子树脂法分离大豆及发酵大豆粉中植酸,用钼酸铵法测定植酸中磷含量,测得两种样品植酸含量分别为1.545%和1.092%(n=7)。标准植酸、标准植酸加入大豆植酸提取液,大豆植酸提取液加入标准植酸中时,植酸或植酸提取液回收率分别为85.39%±2.06%(n=7),82.84%±3.49%(n=7),87.31%±6.12%(n=3)。树脂磨细和梯度洗脱可综合提高分离效果25%~30%。

Abstract:An anion exchange procedure with home produced anion resin was used for separating phytate in the soybean and fermenting soybean powders. The results showed that the recovery of standard and soybean phytate from the resin column was over 80% with good stability and repeatability of the method, that the particle size of the resin affected the recovery, but the recovery was still stable.The determinated phytate content in soybean was 1.54%.
