酶活性与枣树炭疽病抗性的关系研究

摘    要:为了探讨枣树炭疽病发生与不同枣品种酶活性的关系,研究了6个枣品种田间炭疽病发生时相关酶的活性。结果表明:不同枣品种炭疽病的发生率和病情指数不同,相关酶的活性明显不同。POD、SOD、PAL等酶活性与品种抗性呈正相关,PPO活性与品种抗病性呈极显著的负相关。6个枣品种中,冬枣的POD、PAL、SOD活性最强,PPO活性最弱;梨枣的PPO活性最强。酶活性与田间炭疽病发生的调查结果吻合,冬枣和大雪枣对炭疽病有较高抗性,梨枣易感染炭疽病,对该病的抗性不强。
