| 摘 要： | 利用天台乌药3年生实生苗枝条做插穗进行扦插,用ABT1号生根粉100 mg/kg浸条13 h,愈伤组织形成率达90%,平均生根率87%,平均侧根数21根,平均侧根长5.51 cm。

| Abstract: | The branches of 3 years old seedlings of Lindera aggregata were used for cuttings,they were soaked with ABT1 Powder at 100 mg/kg for 13 h,callus rate was 90%,the average rooting rate was 87%,the average number of lateral roots was 21 and the average lateral root length was 5.51 cm. |
