半主动悬架仿真与试验研究

摘    要:建立了2自由度汽车半主动悬架模型,采用智能控制策略,对半主动悬架系统进行数值仿真。在此基础上,设计了半主动悬架智能控制系统,并进行了台架试验。结果表明半主动悬架系统在减少振动,提高汽车行使平顺性方面要优于传统被动悬架系统。

Abstract:A mathematic model of two degree freedom for the vehicle's semi-suspension is established and fuzzy(control) strategy is applied to simulate the suspension system.Based on the simulation results,a fuzzy-controlled semi-active suspension is designed and developed,then the bench tests for it are carried out as well.It shows that the performances of the semiactive suspension are much better than that of traditional passive suspension in the ride comfort.
