切花百合枯萎病菌室内药剂筛选及田间防治效果

选用5种农药单剂和2种复配剂对切花百合枯萎病菌进行了室内毒力测定.结果表明:供试单剂中,纯白菌菌灵在500倍和600倍液时抑菌率达100%.其次抑菌效果比较好的是代森锰锌,在400倍液时抑菌率为87.45%.绿精灵的抑菌效果最差,抑菌率仅为29%.复配剂A(菌菌灵+绿精灵)和复配剂B(菌菌灵+医霉)的抑菌效果较好,抑菌率分别为86.65%8、9.5%.田间药效试验结果表明,单剂纯白菌菌灵在前期防治效果好,但在后期防治效果降低,复配剂的防治效果一直较好,且添加了农用氨基酸的效果更好,增效31.56%.

Fungicides screening against to Fusarium oxysporum inlilium and application in fields

Five kinds of fungicide and two mixed fungicides for control Fusarium oxysporum were screened in the laboratory.In vitro tests showed that the carbendazim thiram(WP) completely inhibited the pathogen growing at diluting 500 and 600 times.Mancazb reached 87.45 % of control at diluting 400 times.Lvjingling only had 29 % of inhibiting.Mixed fungicides carbendazim thiram and peroxyacetic acid(1∶1),carbendazim thiram and Lvjingling(1∶1) reached 89.5 % and 86.65 % of control respectively.The field trials showed that carbendazim thiram was effective at the beginning,and decreased later.However,the efficiency of mixed fungicides was stable.Moreover,adding agricultural amino acid in mixed fungicides significantly increased the efficiency.
