花椰菜种株的组培快繁技术探讨

摘    要:以花椰菜雄性不育系的种株为材料,进行组培快繁技术研究,建立花椰菜种株组培快繁技术体系.试验结果表明:花椰菜的薹茎段是母株组培快繁的理想外植株,其不定芽分化率高达90%;适宜不定芽分化的培养基为MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+ NAA 0.1 mg/L;再生植株通过田间生产鉴定与实生母株相比,植株性状、花球性状、育性等都表现完全一致.

Abstract:By using seed plant of cauliflower male sterile line as material, the technology system for rapid propagation of cauliflower by tissue culture was studied and established in this research. The results showed that the bolting stem section was the ideal explants, and the differentiation ratio for adventitious buds reached 90%. The optimum medium for adventitious bud differentiation was MS + 6 - BA 2 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L. And the regenerate plant was tested in field to be totally the same as the parent plant in plant characters, head traits, and fertility.
