摘    要:对感染炭疽病的 2个枇杷品种 ,进行叶片解剖结构观察及活性氧代谢指标测定 .染病叶片不能充分舒展而皱卷呈勺匙状 ,表皮绒毛萎曲 ,角质化程度低 ,叶肉细胞崩溃 ,表皮有病原孢囊 ,叶绿体发育不正常 ;染病叶片的质膜透性增大 ,丙二醛含量增加 ,O-2 产生速率加快 ,超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性下降、过氧化物酶活性上升

Abstract:The dissection structure of the leaves of two loquat varieties infected by anthracnose were observed, and indexes of their active oxygen metabolism were tested. According to the observation, the diseased leaves curled up in the shape of spoons, meanwhile epiderm villus atresia, low keratinization, collapsed mesophyll cells, pathogenic cysts in epiderm, and abnormal development of chloroplast were discovered. Futhermore, the relative permeability of cell membrane in diseased leaves increased, the content of malondialdehyde increased, the production rate of O - 2 increased, and the superoxide dismutase and catalase activities declined, but peroxidase activity raised.
