| 摘 要： | 网络环境下,购买数据库扩充馆藏资源已成为一种必然。通过分析数据库采购方式及数据库采购应遵循的原则,论述了高校图书馆要立足于读者需求,用最优惠的价格购买最需要的电子资源,使馆藏资源得到最大化的利用。

| Abstract: | Environmental Network,to buy materials to expand the database of resources has become a necessity.In this paper,by analyzing the way the procurement database and database procurement principles to be followed,on the University Libraries should be based on the needs of readers with the most favorable price to buy most in need of electronic resources,in order to maximize the collection of resources utilization. |
