| 摘 要： | 本文对大庆杏北地区以煤代油集中供热工程设计的方案特点及所采取的一些主要节能措施进行了论述；实践证明方案和措施是成功的，阐明节能必须从设计阶段入手，贯穿到工程建设、使用的全过程中，才能全面节约能源，实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | This paper states the design scheme characteristics of concentration heat - supply engineering replacing oil with coal in Xingbei district of Daqing city and its energy - saving measurements. It shows that the scheme and measurements are successful. It also points out that engineering energy - saving must star with design phase and run through the whole course of engineering construction so as to realize sustainable development. |
