| 摘 要： | 介绍一种国产的以水溶性聚合物为主要成分的淬火介质,代号为YTC-1,用于我公司100系列柴油机45钢曲轴的感应加热淬火。在控制淬火变形、保证表面硬度和消除淬火裂纹等方面取得了满意的效果,可替代德国进口的Osmaniler水溶性淬火介质,具有较大的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces a home-built quenching medium with chief componentof water-soluble polymers. The medium,ahking YTC-1 as code name, has been applied to theinduction quenching of 45~# steel crankshafts of series 100 diesel engines, which has achievedgood results in controlling deformation,ensuring enough surface hardness and eliminating harde-ning flaw,it can replace the Osmaniler water-soluble quenching medium imported from Germanyand giveyou great economic benefit. |
