马铃薯淀粉渣微生物发酵提高粗蛋白试验研究

摘    要:试验以马铃薯干渣为发酵基料,配合适当的辅料,研究接种微生物和加入无机氮素进行厌氧发酵对马铃薯干渣饲料粗蛋白含量的影响。实验结果表明:1、所用三个发酵菌剂进行发酵均能提高马铃薯淀粉渣中粗蛋白的含量,其中活力99发酵菌剂的发酵产物粗蛋白含量最高较对照增长了29.67%;2、非蛋白氮的添加,对发酵产物的粗蛋白含量有显著影响,以5%的尿素为氮源添加剂的活力99菌剂发酵产物粗蛋白含量高达13.5%,同发酵原料相比,粗蛋白含量提高66.87%,发酵产物粗蛋白含量达到一般饲料原料水平,可作为动物特别是反刍动物饲料原料进行利用。

Abstract:The study aimed to study the effects of microbial inoculation and inorganic nitrogen on crude protein content with potato residue as fermentation substrate combination with appropriate accessories. The results indicated that (1) the three microorganism agent used for fermentation increased crude protein content of potato starch residue, among them, the fermentation product of active 99 agent improved 29.67% compared with control group. (2) the addition of non--protein nitrogen in-creased crude protein content significantly, among them, crude protein content of the fermentation product of active 99 agent was 13.5 %, which improved 66.870% compared with control group. Thus, the crude protein content of fermentation products attained general level of feed material, which can be used as feed source for animal, especially ruminant.
