摘    要:代谢组学又称代谢物组学,是研究机体代谢产物谱变化的一种新的系统方法。它借助高通量、高灵敏度与高精确度的现代分析技术,分析细胞、组织和其它生物样本如血液、尿液、唾液和体液中内源性代谢物整体组成并通过其复杂的、动态的变化,从整体上反应代谢物图。

Abstract:Metabolomics, also called metabolites group, is a new kind of system method of studying body metabolite profile changes, which displays overall metabolites diagram, with the help of modern analysis technology of high flux, high sensitivity and high accuracy to analyze ceils, tissues, and other biological samples such as blood, urine, saliva, and body fluids endoge- nous metabolites integral, meanwhile, combination with complex and dynamic changes. The separation, detection and analysis appraisal of metabolic products are the core of metabonomics technology. Separation technology includes gas chromatography (GC), high performance liquid chromatography (LC), capillary electrophoresis (CE). Commonly used detection and identification technology is nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), mass spectrometry, spectrum, electrochemical (EC). Moreover, mathematical and statistical methods were taken to get enough useful information. The most commonly used method is principal component analysis (PCA), it focuses on a group of dispersion in variable of the information on several comprehensive indexes, besides, other common pattern recognition technology includes partial least squares clustering analysis, orthogonal partial least squares clustering analysis, etc.
