| 摘 要： | 有效防治黄土高原水土流失 ,加快生态环境建设 ,是当前水土保持工作中的一项十分紧迫、关系到西部大开发战略全局的任务。首次提出了水土保持有效性的概念 ,并对此进行了比较系统的研究 ,涉及到水土保持有效性的定义、影响因素、评价指标和实现途径等各个方面。
