高温对温州蜜柑叶片光合作用的影响

摘    要:通过测定高温条件下温州蜜柑叶片的光合作用参数,研究高温对叶片光合作用相关参数的影响。结果表明:高温胁迫(38℃)显著影响了温州蜜柑叶片光合作用,主要表现为光合作用及气体交换参数的变化。如最大净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、表观量子效率(AQY)、蒸腾速率(Tr)降低,细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)上升,高温对温州蜜柑叶片光合作用的影响还表现出主要由气孔限制和非气孔限制共同作用的“光合午休”现象。

Effects of high temperature on Photosynthesis variation in Citrus Unshiu Marc. Leaves
Abstract:Photosynthesis is the most important chemical reaction on earth. High temperature is a factor which grievously restricts photosynthesis of fruit trees. Photosynthesis parameter of Citrus Unshiu Leaves was detected under high temperature circumstance. Analysis results shown that high temperature has negative influences on photosynthesis of Citrus Unshiu leaves. Net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomata conductance (Gs), apparent quantum yield (AQY) and transpiration rate (Tr) were reduced, while internal CO2 concentration (Ci) was increased. The main effect of high temperature on Citrus Unshiu leaves was photosynthetic midday-depress which occurred in many fruit trees.
