热泵技术应用于果蔬干燥的研究进展

摘    要:对应用于果蔬的热泵干燥器现状进行调查,针对果蔬的自身特点,介绍干燥过程中的除湿控制方式;对于各种不同形式的热泵干燥器,分析其系统组成、干燥条件以及干燥效果.相较于传统干燥器,热泵干燥器在评价干燥器的各项性能指标方面更具优势,且经济效益明显,并可实现干燥温度和湿度的控制,应加大果蔬热泵干燥器的实用性和推广性.

Abstract:In this paper, the recent advance made in heat pump assisted drying for fruits and vegetables is investigated. According to characteristics of fruits and vegetables, the dehumidification control in drying process is introduced. For different types of heat pump assisted drying system, drying system compositions, drying conditions and drying effect are described. Compared with traditional dryer, there are more advantages for heat pump dryer on assessment criteria of drying effect and economic benefits. Moreover, for heat pump dryers, drying temperature and humidity can be controlled easily.
