福建乌龙茶生产现状及闽台茶业合作建议

摘    要:本文从闽台茶业合作交流的实际出发,在简介了福建乌龙茶的生产现状,归纳了福建乌龙茶业调整优化方向的基础上,提出了今后一个阶段闽台茶业实现优势互补,互惠双赢的合作交流建议:①品种资源共享;②精深加工互通;③国茶文化共举。

Abstract:In this paper, we briefly introduced the status of Oolong tea production and summarized the adjustment and optimization direction of tea industry in Fujian province for the further cooperation and exchange between Fujian and Taiwan tea industry. Thus cooperation suggestions on the tea industry between Fujian and Taiwan for complementary advantages and mutually beneficial win-win in future were put forward: ① tea cultivar resources sharing; ② refining-deep processing interoperability; ③ national tea culture co-hold.
