摘    要:以目前主栽甜柿品种为试验材料,研究各品种在低温、高温、模拟干旱三种胁迫条件下叶片游离脯氨酸含量和积累的变化。结果表明:三种逆境胁迫均诱导了甜柿叶片游离脯氨酸的累积,其积累量除了随逆境胁迫的增加而增加外,同时与品种对这种逆境的抗性有关。

Abstract:The present major persimmon varieties have been taken as trial materials to investigate the changes of free proline content and accumulation in leaves under stress of low and high temperature as well as draught.The results showed that these three kinds of adversity stress induced the accumulation of free proline in leaves.The accumulation was related not only to the adversity stress level,but also to the variety's tolerance to the stress.
