| 摘 要： | 自身致濒因子及人类影响适宜生境锐减,是中国苏铁属植物面临的主要威胁。在加强自然保护区和迁地保护等工作的同时,开展苏铁发育生物学和人工快繁技术的研究,特别是在人工繁殖和组织培养的辅助下补种和恢复其种群个体数和建立好的群落,是苏铁种质资源保护与开发利用的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The self-physiology limitation and the fast reducing suitable environment by human influence are the primary threat of Cycas in China.To enhance work of in-situ protection situations and ex-situ protection situation,add individual number and species by the tissue culture and the like other the artificial propagation,come back their original number and establish good population should be the effective way of cycads resources conservation and exploiture. |
