氯与大豆氮素营养的关系

摘    要:为促进含氯肥料的生产和使用,1987年在沈阳东陵粘壤质(?)壤上进行了氯对大豆营养生理及产量品质影响的研究。有关氯与大豆氮素营养的关系问题是试验的主要内容。盆(?)试验结果表明,土壤中高浓度氯(>500ppm)明显抑制根系对NO_3~-的吸收,不利于大豆体内氮素同化,降低蛋白质的合成速度及根瘤固氮活性,且明显降低大豆籽粒产量。而低量氯(>100ppm)对大豆根系的养分吸收、体内氮素代谢影响不大,有时还有促进作用,对大豆籽粒产量形成无不良影响。试验得出在大豆上施用含氯肥料,对氯适宜浓度应在100ppm以内。

Abstract:To increase the production and use of chloride-containing fertilizers, studies were made in 1987 with clay-loamy brown soil at Dongling, Shenyang on the effect of chlorine on nutritional physiology and yield and quality of soybean. Results of pot experiment showed that high concentration chlorine (>500ppm) in soil apparently inhibited NO_3~- absorption by the root, was unfavorable for nitrogen assimilation in soybean plant, reduced the rate of protein synthesis in and the nitrogen fixation activity of nodule, and markedly reduced the yield of soybean seeds. In contrast, low concentration chlorine (>100ppm) had little or no bad effect on nutrient absorption by the root and on nitrogen metabolism in plant, sometimes even promoted these processes, and did not produce any adverse effect on soybean seed yield. The experiments indicated that, in applying chloride- containing fertilizers to soybean, the appropriate chloride concentration should be within the limit of 100 ppm.
