摘    要:应用5种聚集度指标对胭脂虫(Dactylopius coccus)雌成虫的空间分布型进行了研究.结果表明,该虫在寄主仙人掌茎片上的空间分布型属于聚集分布,分布的基本成分是个体群,概率分布符合负二项分布,主要分布在仙人掌的第2和第3级茎片上.对仙人掌茎片面积与胭脂虫寄生数量关系进行曲线方程的模拟,相关系数最高的为一元线性方程,方程为Y=728.515+0.347X,但相关系数仅为0.211,说明胭脂虫寄生与仙人掌面积并无明显的相关关系.

Abstract:The spatial distribution patterns of cochineal(Dactylopius coccus)female adult were studied by 5 aggregation degree index .The results showed that the spatial distribution patterns of cochineal in cactus belonged to aggregation distribution ,the basic component of distribution was individual population, the probability distribution was in accorded with negative binomial and the cochineal mainly distributed the second and third stem in cactus.The correlation of the stem area of cactus and the quantity of the cochineal was simulated by the curve equation.The results showed that one element linear equation had the highest correlation coefficient, the equation was Y=728.515+0.347X,but the correlation coefficient was only 0.211.The conclusion was drawn that the parasitic cochineal and the area of the cactus stem had no obvious correlation.
