摘    要:目的]鲜枣极不耐贮,开展不同CO2和O2比例对新疆梨枣(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.)采后生理和贮藏效果影响的研究,为提出有效的贮藏保鲜技术措施提供理论依据.方法]设置了7种不同CO2和O2比例处理,分析了新疆梨枣贮期腐烂率、呼吸强度、乙烯释放量等10个生理和品质指标的变化.结果]气调可抑制梨枣贮期的呼吸跃变,延迟呼吸回升出现的时间,其中0;CO2+3;O2比例能有效降低梨枣的腐烂发生和呼吸水平,维持总酸和SSC含量在较高水平.结论]梨枣及时预冷后放置0;CO2+3;O2比例冷藏,可获得相对较好的贮藏效果.

Abstract:【Objective】The hardness to maintain the quality of fresh jujube during storage requests the study of the effects of different storage methods on the postharvest physiology and the storage effectiveness of Xinjiang Lizao jujube(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.) to offer theoretic references for feasible storage techniques.【Method】Ten physiology and quality indexes including putrid rate,respiration rate and ethylene production of Xinjiang Lizao jujube during storage were analyzed based on 7 treatments of different CO2 and O2 ratios control.【Result】Air condition control can inhibit respiration climacteric and delay the respiration recovery of Xinjiang Lizao jujube during storage.Ratio control of 0%CO2 + 3%O2 can effectively decrease the occurrence of putridity and respiration level,which also maintains a higher level of total acid content and SSC content.【Conclusion】Relative good storage effectiveness of Xinjiang Lizao jujube can be achieved from timely precooling and a combination of 0%CO2 + 3%O2 ratio control in cold storage.
