黄萎病对棉花叶片SOD、POD酶活性和光合特性的影响

摘    要: 陆地棉感染黄萎病后,病株叶片的净光合速率较健株叶片下降74.5%;气孔导度、蒸腾速率仅为健株棉叶的46.9%、69.7%;暗呼吸速率比健株棉叶增加6.4%。感病棉株叶片中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶活性明显比健株减少,分别仅为健株棉叶的88.9%和81.6%,而丙二醛含量比健株棉叶增加47.3%。

Abstract:For the Verticillium wilt-infected leaves,the photosynthetic rate decreased 745% and dark respiration rate increased 6.4%, while the stomatal conductance(SC) and transpiration rate were 69.7% of those of healthy leaves respectively.Activities of SOD,POD significantly decreased to 88.9% 81.6% of those of healthy leaves respectively, while the content of MDA in the infected leaves increased 29.7% compared with that of healthy leaves.
