摘    要:研究了一种手扶式田间烟叶电动运输车,采用轮毂电机驱动,整车结构精简、轻巧,能够大大提高丘陵地区田间的运输效率及安全性,降低劳动强度。采用UG三维制图及有限元分析方法,对车体关键零部件进行三维造型,并对整车关键零部件前后轴进行了应力应变分析,优化了设计方案。田间道路试验表明整车结构设计合理,满足性能要求。

Virtual Prototype Design of Electric Walkie Transporter for Field

Abstract:The paper developed a hand-held type tobacoo electric transporter driven by wheel hub motor. The transporter with a simple structure can greatly improve the transport efficiency and safety in hilly areas, and reduce the labor intensity. It carried through a 3D model of key parts by using UG and finite element analysis, analyzed the stress and strain in front and rear shafts, and optimized the design project. The field tests show that the structure of the transporter is reasonable, which can meet the performance requirement.
