摘    要:以奔驰S400 HYBRID轻度混合动力能量流、信号流的耦合为切入点,介绍了其高压系统部件的组成及功能,分析了其运行模式与网络信号传输机理,并通过典型诊断实例来探究其故障诊断的思路与方法,为进一步认识、理解、操控、检修混合动力汽车奠定基础。

Abstract:Taking Mercedes-Benz S400 HYBRID mild hybrid energy flow, coupled signal flow as a starting point ,the paper described the composition and function of its high-pressure system components, analyzed its mode of operation and network transmission mechanism, explored its fault diagnosis ideas and methods through typical examples, and which could lay a foundation for further knowing, understanding, controlling and maintaining the hybrid vehicles.
