| 摘 要： | 鉴于耕牛球关节发病率很高,有些球节病用常规疗法有难以收效的现象,我们对耕牛球关节局部解剖作了详细观察,并设计了耕牛球关节背囊切开冲洗术。经动物试验和一例临床实践,初步认为该手术简捷可行,对严重的化脓性球关节炎,关节内骨折或折针等异物性球关节疾患有特定疗效,可望在兽医临床上推广应用。

| Abstract: | In view of the fact that affections of the fetlock joint are frequent occurrence in bos including ploughing cattle and water buffaloes but, unfortunately, some of the affactions do not responde to routine treatments, a study was made on the topographic anatomy of the fetlock joint as well as the method of operation by incising the dorsal pouch of the joint capsule and flushing the joint carry of the fetlock joint.
Through animal experiments and a clinical case it has been preliminerily proved that the proposed operation is practical and seemed to be both simple and effective for the treatment of suppurative arthritis, intracapsular fracture and lameness caused by foreign body in the cavity of the fetlock joint. |
